Morgan serves on the Bishop’s staff for the Episcopal Diocese of Southwest Florida as the Missioner for Youth & Young Adult Ministries. With six years of experience as a full-time parish youth minister and a lifetime of involvement in diocesan youth ministry, Morgan was called to this role in August 2025, and aims to support and nurture youth and young adults across the diocese.
In addition to overseeing diocesan youth programs and committees, Morgan’s work also includes expanding diocesan young adult programs and overseeing campus ministry. Alongside Fr. Bill, Morgan is helping grow a vibrant presence at USF and SCF Bradenton, with hopes of expanding to additional campuses across SWFL in the future.
