The Rev. William G. Pardy serves as Missioner and Chaplain, appointed by Episcopal Diocese of Southwest Florida to help oversee the pastoral life of the campus ministry community at the University of South Florida and to help move it faithfully into its next chapter of renewal and mission. His work is grounded in a commitment to Gospel witness, student care, and the revitalization of campus ministry as a place of belonging, prayer, intellectual integrity, and, above all, Christian discipleship.
Campus Ministry is deeply personal to Fr. Pardy. Searching for meaning and answers, it was through campus ministry that he was drawn into the sacramental life of The Episcopal Church. From that place, his vocation took root. Fr. Pardy brings to this work a pastoral heart for evangelism, shaped by ministry among young adults, service to disconnected and vulnerable persons, and a conviction that the Church must go with confidence, compassion, and clarity to invite people into the saving life of Jesus Christ.
